The book is a compilation of stories from the author's (@drastronaut) experience working in Hospitality, coupled with cocktails created by bartenders he has met along the way. The bartender behind this particular drink is someone who’s gotten me tipsy on numerous occasion…Maria Paterakis (aka @marziepats)!!

This refreshing cocktail has watermelon and lime juice, bitters and can be made with vodka or gin.

ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces vodka, or gin
- 1/2 ounce Alagna White Vermouth
- 3/4 ounce fresh Lime juice
- 2 ounces Watermelon Juice
- 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1 dash Saline Solution (10%)
- 1 dash Bittered Sling Grapefruit & Hops Bitters
- 2 slices cucumber
Method
Step 1
Shake all ingredients in shaker tin and double strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Garnish: Cucumber Ribbon
