"Two things that ‘clearly’ make me very happy - Negroni riff cocktails and new exciting bars. @barbiltmore launched mid last month with a stellar lineup of cocktails developed by industry vet, @robingoodf_llow, who is also the creator behind spots such as ‘Bar Raval’ and ‘Pretty Ugly’. It’s a beautiful space located above the newly re-opened @paradiseonbloor Theatre. I stopped by recently to suss out the cocktail menu (in detail!) and I'd definitely say it's a menu I could get to the bottom of!"

- 1 ounce Bitter Bianco
- 1 ounce Tio Pepe Fino Sherry
- 1 orange, zested, for garnish

Step 1
Stir all ingredients together. Garnish with orange zest.
