ingredients
- 1 ounce Rye Whiskey
- 1/2 ounce Amaro Montenegro
- 3/4 ounce Amontillado Sherry
- 3/4 ounce (15ml) cinnamon syrup
- 3/4 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- Full bodied red wine, to float
- Ground cinnamon, to garnish
Method
Step 1
In a cocktail shaker, dry-shake all ingredients, except the wine. Add ice, shake again and double strain into a coupe glass.
Step 2
Using the back of a barspoon, gently layer in the wine, making a zig zag design. Garnish with cinnamon and serve.
