For the bottom layer

ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Martini Fiero
  • 1 ounce London Dry Gin
  • 1 1/2 ounce oat milk
  • 3 dashes Peychaud's
  • Ice, for stirring

For the top layer

ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce oat milk
  • 1 ounce Empress gin
  • Ice, for stirring

Method

  • Step 1

    In a cocktail shaker or glass with ice, stir the Martini Fiero, Dry Gin, oat milk, and Peychaud's. Strain into a coupe glass.

  • Step 2

    Repeat with remaining oat milk and Empress gin. Gently strain over the first layer using the back of a barspoon.
