ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Hendrick's Orbium gin
  • 1/4 ounces quinetum
  • 1/4 ounces absinthe
  • Soda water
  • Dehydrated pear, for garnish

Method

  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients less the soda to a shaker tin with ice. Shake until cold then pour into a rocks glass. Top with tonic. Garnish: Dehydrated pear.
