Foamy Mezcal Madeira Cocktail

"With Toronto getting its first snowfall, I'm thinking a little egg white foam would be extra appropriate. Here’s a drink that Mary (follow her! @notoriousc.a.t) whipped up for me at @aloette_restaurant that will do nicely! . It’s also a great one for my American friends as this cocktail tastes quite like Thanksgiving. Mary needed something to feature in @foodismto that was fun and festive - this was that drink!"

  • 1 ounce Noble Coyote Mezcal 100% Espadin
  • 1 ounce Madeira
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce spiced amarena cherry syrup
  • 3 dashes Laphroaig quarter cask
  • Egg white
  • Nutmeg, to garnish
  • Cherry, to garnish


  • Step 1

    Dry shake all ingredients, add ice and shake again. Pour into a OF glass. Garnish with nutmeg and cherry
