ingredients
- 1 ounce Noble Coyote Mezcal 100% Espadin
- 1 ounce Madeira
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce spiced amarena cherry syrup
- 3 dashes Laphroaig quarter cask
- Egg white
- Nutmeg, to garnish
- Cherry, to garnish
Method
Step 1
Dry shake all ingredients, add ice and shake again. Pour into a OF glass. Garnish with nutmeg and cherry
