These were my @upstate___ inspired Tie Dyed Pink Peppermint Marshmallows. My husband David has been making Marshmallows with our daughter Chelsea since she was a little girl and the plain Vanilla recipe has been in our family for years. Now that the holidays are upon us, I was inspired by a company who has stunning and captivating Tie Dyed apparel, glassware, home goods etc. And, I wore Tie Dye as a teen so what does that tell you? Here you have my version of Pink Peppermint Marshmallows. I used all natural Food Coloring and all natural Peppermint Extract by @mccormickspice and love the fact that there are no artificial colours or flavours used here. Their Nature’s Inspiration Food Colors are made with Plants, Veggies and Seeds… This had been a weekend project as I prepared for holiday gifting, upcoming dinner parties and holiday events last year when we gathered before the Pandemic, what a different holiday season we are in right now!
