"Asparagus juice shot. Unexpectedly sweet and refreshing. Asparagus supports the digestive system in a unique way. It contains significant amounts of inulin. Unlike most other carbs, inulin doesn't get broken down in the first segments of our digestive tract. It passes undigested all the way to our large intestine. RECIPE:

A​pproximately 6 fat organic spears of asparagus. Wash asparagus well. ​​Remove tough white ends. Cut into pieces and feed through juicer. Pour into shot glasses. Serve chilled. ​ ​
