It’s lovely served as it is or with some ice cream. Fruit salad as a dessert cannot go wrong especially when everyone looks for a healthy option."

ingredients
- 1 cup diced strawberries
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1 1/2 cups fresh diced pineapple
- 1 cup diced kiwi
- 3 tablespoons orange, juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 tablespoon honey, or sweetener of choice
Method
Step 1
Wash and cut all the fruits and place them in a large bowl.
Step 2
In a small bowl add the orange juice, vanilla, and honey. Mix well until the honey is dissolved.
Step 3
This step should be done just before you serve– Drizzle the orange vanilla dressing on top of the fruits, toss few times to coat the fruits and serve.
