ingredients

  • 4 ounces Fresh ginger
  • 4 ounces Fresh turmeric
  • 2 whole Apples
  • 2 whole Limes
  • 2 whole Lemons
  • 2 whole Oranges
  • 2 sticks Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground Black pepper

Method

  • Step 1

    Wash all fruits and dry well.

  • Step 2

    Using a juicer, juice everything with peel. Juice apples last to cleanse juicer.

  • Step 3

    Pour into bottles and add cinnamon sticks and black pepper. Refrigerate up to 10 days. Enjoy!
