Cook your spelled semolina according to the instruction on the packet. You can use any other type of semolina, or even some quinoa or bulgur.
Cut in small pieces your watermelon and your cucumber.
Cut in cubes your tofu.
When your semolina is ready add your veggies and the tofu. Add some olive oil on it, and yours herbs. Mix everything together and then enjoy !
