ingredients
- 3/4 cup spelled semolina
- 1 watermelon
- 1 cucumber
- 5 ounces herbal tofu
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Handful chives, and parsley
Method
Step 1
Cook your spelled semolina according to the instruction on the packet. You can use any other type of semolina, or even some quinoa or bulgur.
Step 2
Cut in small pieces your watermelon and your cucumber. Cut in cubes your tofu.
Step 3
When your semolina is ready add your veggies and the tofu. Add some olive oil on it, and yours herbs. Mix everything together and then enjoy !
