"Pancakes never gets old or boring, at least not at my place ! Made some vegan pancakes this morning, with caramelized banana, passion fruit and maple syrup on top, and that's it magic and delicious!"

ingredients

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 banana
  • 6 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix all the ingredients together and set aside for 10 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Add a tablespoon of oil to a pan and cook on medium heat for 1-2 minutes until bubbles appears and flip over and cook for 1 minute on the other side. Repeat for the others.

  • Step 3

    Topped your pancakes with pan-fried banana, fruit passion and maple syrup.
