Chickpea "tuna" grilled sandwich
"No need to hiking or whatever to eat this grilled chickpea "tuna" sandwich ! Just make it, and eat it, I promise you you won't ever see a sandwich the same after ! Vegan option is also on and it taste as good as hell !"

  • 1/ 2 can of chickpeas
  • 3 tablespoons Soy yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Tahin
  • 1/ 2 Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • To Taste Minced shallots
  • 1 Handful Minced fresh coriander


  • Step 1

    Rinse your chickpeas and take of half of your can. Smash them in a bowl and add all the ingredients and mix until you get the right texture (like tuna version). Put it in the fridge for 1 hour or eat it right now.

  • Step 2

    For the grilled cheese version : take one slice of bread and cut it into two. Add cheese on each side, greens of choice and on one side your chickpea "tuna" mixture. Closed your sandwich and heat on a pan with olive oil and grilled it for 4-5 minutes on each side.
