Breakfast porridge

  • 3/ 4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/ 2 cup plus 2 tablespoons almond milk
  • 2 scoops coconut yogurt
  • Handful frozen raspberries
  • 1 inch piece banana
  • 2 tablespoons granola


  • Step 1

    Cooks oats in a pot with almond milk for about 5-7 minutes or until it gets the texture you want.

  • Step 2

    For the raspberries purée : defrost a handful of frozen raspberries in the microwave for a minute and set aside.

  • Step 3

    Transfer your porridge to a bowl. Add your sliced banana, homemade granola, topped with coconut yogurt and raspberries purée. Topped with coconut flakes, chia seeds or whatever you want !
