ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup dairy free milk of choice
- 1 1/2 ounces almond butter
- 14 tablespoons 200 grams spelt flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
Method
Step 1
Line an 8 inch cake pan with parchment paper and preheat the oven at 350 F°.
Step 2
Mashed your bananas, add your eggs, dairy free milk and almond butter. Wisk everything together.
Step 3
Add flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Mix everything again, but don't mix too much or you'll get a gummy texture ! Transfer the dough into the mold, add some nuts or chocolate chips if you want too.
Step 4
Bake for 40 minutes or until it's cooked. Let cool an hour before slicing. Enjoy!
