ingredients

  • 1 cup whole rolled oats
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped California prunes
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 whole banana, smashed

Method

  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix.

  • Step 2

    Cover bowl, place in refrigerator overnight.

  • Step 3

    Enjoy the next morning.
