ingredients

  • 1 whole frozen banana
  • 5 California Prunes
  • 1 cup acai, puree
  • 2 sliced California Prunes
  • 1 tablespoon goji berries
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cashews
  • 1 Handful rasberries
  • 1 Handful sliced pineapple
  • coconut shreds
  • 1 sprig mint

Method

  • Step 1

    Pour boiling water over prunes and set aside for 5 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Put frozen banana, hot prunes and acai puree into the blender and blend well.

  • Step 3

    Pour smoothie into a bowl.

  • Step 4

    Top with your choice of: pineapple, coconut shreds, prunes, raspberries, cashews, goji berries, and mint leaves.

  • Step 5

    Enjoy!
