Veggie Rolls With Sesame Soy Dipping Sauce

Serves or Makes: serves 4
- 8 Rice paper sheets
- 1 pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 large carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 red cabbage, shredded
- 1/ 2 cup cilantro
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Black sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon Toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon liquid aminos
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
- 1/ 2 cup hoisin sauce
Soak rice sheets in water for 15 seconds. Fill with peppers, carrots, cabbage, cilantro, avocado, and black sesame seeds.
To make the sauce, combine sesame oil, liquid aminos, lime juice, chili garlic sauce, and hoisin sauce. Serve immediately.
