ingredients
- 2 cups dry, uncooked oats ( leave whole or blend for 30 seconds)
- 1/2 cup nut butter of choice
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, optional
- 1/4 cup agave nectar, honey, date syrup or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon hemp hearts
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
Method
Step 1
Combine all ingredients (except for chocolate chips) in a food processor. Pulse until all combined, thick and sticky.
Step 2
Stir chocolate chips into the dough.
Step 3
Roll the dough into 20 balls and refrigerate until ready to eat.
