Recipe Card

ingredients

  • 2 cups dry, uncooked oats ( leave whole or blend for 30 seconds)
  • 1/2 cup nut butter of choice
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, optional
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar, honey, date syrup or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon

Method

  • Step 1

    Combine all ingredients (except for chocolate chips) in a food processor. Pulse until all combined, thick and sticky.

  • Step 2

    Stir chocolate chips into the dough.

  • Step 3

    Roll the dough into 20 balls and refrigerate until ready to eat.
