Vegan Chocolate Cake.

Ingredients:

½ cup of cocoa powder     

½ cup of coconut flour     

2 teaspoons of baking powder     

½ teaspoon of cinnamon     

pinch of salt   

½ cup of maple syrup     

½ glass of coconut oil (dissolved and cooled)    

 ½ cup of coconut milk   

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

6 tablespoons of ground flax seed (mixed with 18 tablespoons of hot water)

 

3/4 cup vegan dark chocolate, melted

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F Degrees.

2.Form a 18 cm diameter dish with baking paper.

3.Mix in one bowl: cocoa, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt

4. In a second bowl, mix to combine all the ingredients of the seed with water, maple syrup, coconut oil, coconut milk and extract.

5. Combine the contents of both bowls. Stir until the mass is homogeneous. Pour the dough into a mold and bake for 60 - 70 minutes or until the stick inserted into the dough remains dry6.Remove from the oven and cool.

7.Melt the dark chocolate and pour the cake

8. Serve with fruit, ice cream or whatever you want
