Fig, Hazelnut and Prosciutto Salad

(1)
"Yes, I do eat salads and I enjoy them especially after a day of recipe testing and tasting. With fresh figs in abundance, I decided to share this recipe for FIG, HAZELNUT AND PROSCIUTTO SALAD. The nice thing about taking the time to compose a salad is that you end up with a really tasty dinner or lunch that takes almost no time to make.⁣ .⁣ As the title suggests it contains fresh figs, toasted hazelnuts, and prosciutto. The figs are Tiger and Brown Turkey figs. This is the first year that I’ve ever eaten Tiger figs and they are incredibly sweet. If you see them in the store, buy them. Since this salad only has 4 ounces of prosciutto I recommend splurging. My favorite is the San Daniele. It’s a really good combination of salty with a hint of sweetness. ⁣ .⁣ As we head into the weekend I am working on a couple of new desserts which include a new hazelnut toffee cookie.😊⁣ .⁣ Get the recipe link for this tasty salad @bakesbybrownsugar and then check out the posts for a nice sweet treat for dessert.⁣ .⁣ #bakesbybrownsugar #figs #cafigs #oregonhazelnuts #hazelnuts #salads #prosciutto #cagrown #cagrownofficial #delicious #whatsfordinner #ediblephotography #foodphotography #taste #foodblog #thekitchn #bhgfood #foodtographytschool #feedfeed #f52grams #tasteofhome #huffposttaste #foodandwine #saveurmag #foodnetwork @cagrownofficial @cafigs @thefeedfeed @oregonhazelnuts @pacifichazelnut @tasteofhome @foodandwine @saveurmag @huffposttaste @foodtographyschool @foodphotographyacademy @betterhomesandgardens"
