Over the last two decades home cooks, farmers, growers and chefs from England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland have been challenging old stereotypes and creating better, fresher, healthier and more organic and sustainable food than ever before. Today you can find British inspiration from Ottolenghi to Jamie Oliver to home cooks smoking their own salmon, infusing ice cream with Earl Grey Tea and utilizing the exotic spices of which the country is so fond.
