Barley Miso Salmon

Simple and tasty dinner for busy weekday nights.

Marinate a 250gm salmon (sliced in half) with 1tbsp of miso, soy sauce, mirin, sake, and 2 tsp of sugar for at least 30mins.

Bake salmon with skin side down for 12 to 15 mins until flesh lightly flakes. Baste with more marinate 3 mins before fish is done. Serve w/ sushi rice & furikake. -@bridgetlcooks
