Peanut butter and Chocolate makes for a perfect indulgent dessert. This mini dessert can be made vegan but is totally gluten free!

ingredients
- 1/2 cup 80 grams dark chocolate
- 3 tablespoons 35 grams vegan butter
- 1 flax egg, or 1 egg if not vegan
- 1/4 cup 25 grams almond flour
- 5 teaspoons 20 grams coconut sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons creamy peanut butter
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200ยฐC (390ยฐF). Oil 2 ramekins with vegan butterย and dust with cocoa powder. Melt the chopped chocolate with butter in a double boiler. When itโs melted, stir and set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk the egg. Add the flour, sugar, salt and whisk again. Pour the chocolate into the flour mixture. Stir everything together using a wooden spoon.
Step 2
Spoon the batter into each ramekin. Top with peanut butter and slightly press it down into the batter. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool for 3-4 minutes, then cover each with an inverted plate and turn over. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve immediately. Enjoy!
