ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1/2 cup pitted frozen cherries
- 2 white peaches, frozen
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (fresh or canned)
- Toppings: fresh berries and cherries, pistachios, coconut flakes and shreds, mint
Method
Step 1
In a high-speed blender, combine berries, cherries, peaches and coconut milk.
Step 2
Blend on high until thick and creamy.
Step 3
Serve in two coconut halves or in a bowl. Enjoy!
