ingredients
- 3 mashed bananas
- 3 tablespoons coconut cream
- 100 gram desiccated coconut
- 100 gram melted dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 tablepoons Coca powder (optional)
Method
Step 1
In a medium-size bowl mix the bananas, desiccated coconut, and cream until combined.
Step 2
Place in the fridge for 15-20 minutes
Step 3
Make mini size balls and place them on a baking sheet, then place them in the freezer for 1 hour.
Step 4
Just before your take out the balls from the fridge, melt the chocolate and mix it with coconut oil.
Step 5
Dip the balls into the chocolate until it is all covered and place them back into the baking sheet. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes.
Step 6
Add cocoa powder on top and serve.
