2 clemetines, peeled and seperated

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

optional toppings: unsweetened shredded coconut, freeze-dried raspberries, cacao nibs


Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt the chocolate in a small double boiler, or in the micowave. Dip the clementine sections in the chocolate and place on the baking sheet to set. If desired, sprinkle with coconut, raspberries or cacao nibs, if desired.
