Honey Ricotta Toast with Blackberries

  • 1 slice toasted Challah bread
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 11 washed and dried blackberries
  • 1 piping bag, optional
  • 1 large round piping tip, optional
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped fresh basil


  • Step 1

    In a medium bowl, whisk the ricotta with honey for three minutes.

  • Step 2

    Fill a piping bag fitted with a piping tip (or plastic bag) with the ricotta cheese.

  • Step 3

    Pipe small rounds of the ricotta cheese over the toast.

  • Step 4

    Top the ricotta with blackberries, a drizzle of honey, and fresh basil.
