- 1 slice toasted Challah bread
- 1/ 2 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 11 washed and dried blackberries
- 1 piping bag, optional
- 1 large round piping tip, optional
- 1 teaspoon Chopped fresh basil
In a medium bowl, whisk the ricotta with honey for three minutes.
Fill a piping bag fitted with a piping tip (or plastic bag) with the ricotta cheese.
Pipe small rounds of the ricotta cheese over the toast.
Top the ricotta with blackberries, a drizzle of honey, and fresh basil.
