Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 392°F ( 200 °C). Fit the puff pastry into a tart pan, trim the excess dough and line the tart shell will baking paper and put some weight in it (I use chickpeas as weight). Bake it for 15 minutes and carefully remove the weight.
Step 2
Add the figs, crumble the blue cheese and the nuts. Mix together the olive oil, honey and balsamic cream and drizzle it all over the tart. Bake it until crispy and brown.
