Dry Brined Turkey

"Making a brine for a whole turkey has always seemed like a huge task and not worth the effort, but a DRY brine for a turkey is totally up my alley! I tried this great turkey cooking method last year and fell in love. Photo and tutorial from @wholefullyblog and it's a good one. I'd highly recommend make your bird this way. I don't make the turkey on Thanksgiving but I almost always cook one or two while they are on sale for my family. We eat on them all week and I store the leftover cooked meat in the freezer. It's awesome to have on hand!"
