ingredients
- 2 ounces Bourbon
- 3 ounces apple cider
- 3 ounces ginger beer
- apple slices, for garnish
- cinnamon stick, for garnish
- star anise pod, for garnish
- dash of cinnamon, (optional)
Method
Step 1
Place bourbon, apple cider, and cinnamon (if using) in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Step 2
Top with ginger beer and garnish with apple slices, star anise, and a cinnamon stick.
