For the Pear Crostini:

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350℉.

  • Step 2

    Layer three cheddar slices, side by side on six baguette slices. Bake for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Step 3

    Top the cheddar with three thin pear slices, then dollop each crostini with Harry & David Jalapeño Pepper Jelly. Garnish with mint.

  • Step 4

    Serve immediately.

For the Apple Crostini:

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350℉.

  • Step 2

    Layer three gouda slices, side by side on the six baguette slices. Bake for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Step 3

    Top the three gouda crostini with three thin slices of apple, followed by a dollop of the Harry & David Fig Preserves. Garnish with basil!

  • Step 4

    Serve immediately.
