ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup steamed then frozen caulilower
- 1/4 cup almond milk or juice of choice
- 1/4 cup grapes
- 1 teaspoon blue spirulina
- 2 tablespoon coconut
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
- 1/4 cup blackberries
- 1/4 cup chia pudding (optional)
Method
Step 1
Add frozen banana, frozen cauliflower and almond milk/juice of choice to high powered blender. Add more liquid if needed then add spirulina.
Step 2
Scoop into a bowl and top with whatever toppings your heart desires (grapes, coconut, chia pudding, cacao nibs)
