ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup steamed then frozen caulilower
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or juice of choice
  • 1/4 cup grapes
  • 1 teaspoon blue spirulina
  • 2 tablespoon coconut
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 1/4 cup chia pudding (optional)

Method

  • Step 1

    Add frozen banana, frozen cauliflower and almond milk/juice of choice to high powered blender. Add more liquid if needed then add spirulina.

  • Step 2

    Scoop into a bowl and top with whatever toppings your heart desires (grapes, coconut, chia pudding, cacao nibs)
