- 1 slice of bread of choice
- 2 tablespoons spread of choice - hummus, baba ghanoush, french onion dip etc.
- 1 small ripe avocado, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped chives
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill
- Edible flowers, for garnishing (optional)
Toast bread and slather your spread of choice over top.
Carefully cut the avocado in half, remove the pip, and scoop each half out using a spoon. Using a sharp knife cut the avocado into thin slices and fan overtop of the toast.
Drizzle with olive oil, top with chives/green onions, fresh dill, a sprinkle of salt and pepper and optional edible flowers. Enjoy!
