- 1 avocado
- 1/ 2 bulb fennel
- 1 orange, clementine, or mandarin
- 1 grapefruit
- pinch red pepper flakes
- 1/ 4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
Slice the avocado and fennel. You can use a mandarin slicer for the fennel if desired.
Peel the grapefruit and orange/mandarin/clementine and thinly slice them as well.
Arrange fruit and veggies on a plate and top with red pepper flakes, sea salt, and hemp seeds. Drizzle with avocado oil.
