ingredients

  • For the Smoothie:
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • handful of frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1/4 frozen cucumber
  • 1/2 cup steamed frozen zucchini
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • 1 spoonful beet powder
  • lemon juice, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground ginger
  • Toppings: Driscolls strawberries, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, bee pollen, coconut flakes, & cacao nibs

Method

  • Step 1

    Blend all smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender until thick. Add more almond milk if needed.

  • Step 2

    Pour the smoothie into a large bowl and top with desired toppings of choice.
