ingredients
- For the Smoothie:
- 1/2 frozen banana
- handful of frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 1/4 frozen cucumber
- 1/2 cup steamed frozen zucchini
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
- 1 spoonful beet powder
- lemon juice, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground ginger
- Toppings: Driscolls strawberries, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, bee pollen, coconut flakes, & cacao nibs
Method
Step 1
Blend all smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender until thick. Add more almond milk if needed.
Step 2
Pour the smoothie into a large bowl and top with desired toppings of choice.
