ingredients
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 golden kiwi
- 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 1/4 zucchini, steamed then frozen
- 1/4 cucumber, frozen
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
- splash of lemon juice
- toppings: other half of golden kiwi, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, bee pollen, & chia seeds
Method
Step 1
In a Vitamix blender, combine banana, 1/2 golden kiwi, riced cauliflower, zucchini, cucumber avocado, collagen peptides, and lemon juice. Pulse until thick and creamy. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
Top the smoothie with the other half of the golden kiwi, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, bee pollen, & chia seeds
