ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 golden kiwi
  • 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1/4 zucchini, steamed then frozen
  • 1/4 cucumber, frozen
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • splash of lemon juice
  • toppings: other half of golden kiwi, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, bee pollen, & chia seeds

Method

  • Step 1

    In a Vitamix blender, combine banana, 1/2 golden kiwi, riced cauliflower, zucchini, cucumber avocado, collagen peptides, and lemon juice. Pulse until thick and creamy. Transfer to a bowl.

  • Step 2

    Top the smoothie with the other half of the golden kiwi, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, bee pollen, & chia seeds
