- 200 grams flour,
- 200 grams caster sugar,
- 115 grams soft butter at room temperature,
- 10 cl whole milk,
- 1/ 2 teaspoon baking powder,
- 60 grams melted chocolate,
- 1 tablespoon vanilla paste,
Heat oven 160ºC/320ºF
Whisk sugar and egg yolk until it's white and foamy.
Add flour, milk, butter, and baking powder and mix together.
In an other bowl, whip egg whites in a firm mousse with an electric mixer.
Carefully incorporate withe egg mousse with the doh.
Divide it in 2 equal parts. Add vanilla paste in one and melted dark chocolate in the other.
Alternatively pour the white doh with the chocolate doh in a cake mold making layers. It's OK if it's not regular.
Bake in the oven for about an hour.
