Carrot & Turmeric Juice 

Ingredients:

6-7 organic carrots
water
1 inch of fresh ginger
1 inch of fresh turmeric
1/2 lemon or lime without the skin
pinch of cinnamon

Directions:
Blend in your Vitamix or high speed blender for at least 30 seconds. I put some water so all the ingredients can blend correctly. Aprox 1 cup. Strain with a nut milk bag or strainer. Put the juice back in your vitamix, add some cinnamom and if you want a date or 2. Blend again and serve.
