ingredients
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 to 2 tablespoons plant milk
- a dash of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 flax eggs, 2 tablespoons flax meal plus 5-6 tablespoons water
- Sprinkles
- 1/2 cup dairy free chocolate
Method
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, mix together your wet ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients, except the sprinkles and 1/2 cup of chocolate. Once combined, mix the wet into the dry.
Step 3
Pour your batter onto a lined or greased 8x8 pan (I used a brownie edge pan). Bake for about 20-30 minutes, or until cooked (check with toothpick). Remove and let cool.
Step 4
Melt your dairy free chocolate. Once the brownies have cooled completely, cut (or pop out) the squares and dip half into your chocolate. While still wet, add the sprinkles. Stick half of a popsicle stick into them and voila!
