ingredients

  • 2 ounces bacardi carta blanca
  • 1 ounce fino Sherry
  • 1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon pink peppercorn syrup
  • 1 dash orange bitters

Method

  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice

  • Step 2

    Stir then strain into coupe glass

  • Step 3

    Garnish with lemon oil expression
