These oats are gluten free, dairy free, vegan friendly and high protein! Plus no added sugar if you skip the chocolate chips (which let’s be real I ain’t doing but you totally can 😜)

Recipe Card

ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder, or 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax
  • Mini chocolate chips

Method

  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients to blender. Pour into oven sauce or ramekin (I did a 4 inch ramekin).

  • Step 2

    AIR FRYER: Heat air fryer to 325. Bake for 10-15 minutes to your level of preference. I like my middle gooey so I do a little less.

  • Step 3

    OVEN OPTION: bake at 350 for 12-18 minutes!
