Cook time 20 minutes
Preheat the oven to 400F.
mix berries, flour, lemon juice & sugar in a bowl & set aside
On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pie crust to about 1/8" thick & cut out as many hearts as you can
place the hearts on the baking sheet & add your fillings
wet the edges with water & place another heart on top. Press the edges with a fork & cut the top like a +
chill 15 mins in the fridge
brush the tops with egg wash
they go to the oven for 20 minutes but keep an eye on them because every oven is different. They're ready when the top is golden brown.
