  • All kinds of chicken parts
  • 2 peeled carrots
  • 1/2 sprigs parsley
  • pieces leek
  • 1/2 stalk celery
  • 2 fresh or frozen bolete
  • 3 bay leaf
  • 3 allspice
  • 1 tan on burner onion
  • cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper


  • Step 1

    Rinse the chicken and put through to pot, add soup greens, onion, garlic,bay leaf, allspice and mushrooms( if you use it).

  • Step 2

    Add enough water to cover the chicken and vegetables and bring it all to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to a simmer, skim the foam from the surface.Cook the chicken broth for an hour. Skim the surface again after it's done cooking.

  • Step 3

    Add the freshly ground pepper and sliced parsley.
