Olive Oil Matble Cake With White Pepper Topped with Chocolate Ganache

This is actually easier than the usual "dip your knife in & swirl" - works best in a tube or bundt pan. You just alternately pour the 2 batters in the pan, use at least a 3rd of each - I actually use less for more layers - take measuring cup, pour in first batter around the pan, then the choc, etc. start w/vanilla batter, then choc, & the batter doesn't have to entirely cover, as you go along you're basically just pouring a circle, but as it bakes it marbles itself.
