Lighter Guacamole
With the help of peas, this lightened up version of the classic dip is so satisfying! -@audreyedunham

Yield: Serves or Makes about 2 cups

Add ingredients directly to your favorite online grocery cart (where available).


  • 1 cup frozen and thawed Peas
  • 1 medium or large Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Pico De Gallo (can usually be found in the produce section near the pre-chopped veggies and fruit)


  • Step 1

    Add the first seven ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until mostly smooth.

  • Step 2

    Transfer this beautiful green mixture to a mixing bowl and gently fold in the fresh pico de gallo. Don’t like one or all of the ingredients in pico de gallo? No problem! It can be left out altogether and the guacamole will still be delicious. Enjoy!
