You know I’m not a morning person, but I love me some breakfast, of course.

With some help from my friends at @caciqueinc and their amazing new Fully Cooked Chorizo, I was able to whip up these Chorizo Breakfast Tostadas in less than 10 minutes even with four kids on my heels!

Though I need to get breakfast on the table quickly, I don’t want to sacrifice flavor or feed us all empty junk food filled with sugar. Not a great way to start the day, right?

To make these, I heated up the Bacon & Potato variety in a skillet (but you could even just microwave it for 3 – 4 minutes!) and then fried up my eggs immediately after dishing the chorizo onto my waiting tostadas. Top the whole thing with your favorite garnishes, such as pico de gallo, hot sauce, #Cacique Queso Fresco and Crema Mexicana!

And don’t forget a squeeze of fresh lime juice! Breakfast is served! #GoAutentico!

6 tostada rounds
1 package Cacique Fully Cooked Bacon & Potato Chorizo
6 large eggs
Pico de gallo
Cacique Queso Fresco
Cacique Crema Mexicana
Sea salt, fresh cracked pepper, hot sauce (all to taste)
