Watermelon And Tomato Sorbet
Tonight's amuse bouche @ninetyacres watermelon tomato sorbet with maldon and chocolate mint basil from the garden. Super simple!
RECIPE
2 lb. tomatoes
6 cups seedless watermelon
1 cup sugar in a bowl

Let it hang for 15/20 min and then purée. Season with lemon juice and salt and process in ice cream machine. -@ashtonkeefe
