Naturally Dyed Pasta
Did you know that October is Italian heritage month? Consider this a formal invitation to make more pasta. Hot on my radar right now: @andybaraghani’s creamy pasta with crispy mushrooms, @foodandwine’s spinach and ricotta tortelli (larger than tortellini!) and my favorite instant pot bolognese from @epicurious. We’ll be eating that every Sunday afternoon for the foreseeable future with zero complaints.
