- 1 1/ 2 gluten free toasts
- 1 tablespoons rice floor
- 1 teaspoon flax meal
Mix all the ingredients together until well combined
In a non sticky pan, melt coconut oil.
Coat each side of the bread with the mixture. The bread must be covered with the mixture, not soaked. Then put the bread in the pan and let it cook for 3-5 minutes on each side.
Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup and/or nut butter
